How it works

Antologi works alongside Workspace. It automatically curates videos recordings that are relevant to you from your Google Calendar and allows you to add video content to your own personal Antologi watchlist from anywhere inside Workspace. Just share the video using the standard iOS or Android Share Sheet to your Antologi app!

We enrich your videos with contextual data such as transcripts, topics, speakers, and other useful annotations that make your videos indexable, searchable, and more useful. Your team may also add Shared Drives with existing video content such as training, how-to videos, speaker series, informational meetings, lectures from past years so you can search for and create feeds of short video clips and moments of relevant topics you want to learn about across videos.

Admins can rest assured that they are always in control of access permissions. Antologi respects permissions as they are set in Drive.

Who can sign up?

If you’re a Workspace or Google for Education customer, Antologi is for you. You can sign up to be considered for one of the limited spots in our upcoming Early Access Partner cohort starting early 2023. However, please note that for now this is not available for K-12 institutions or those located in the EU, UK, or Brazil.
Can I use it without approval from my IT department?

No. Privacy is of the utmost importance and product access will not be granted without the participation of your company or university’s IT department.
How much does it cost?

Antologi is currently free to use and test for any Workspace or Google for Education customer that’s part of the Early Access Program. Spots are limited in the program. Enrollment will start early 2023.

No, this product is a part of Area 120, Google's incubator for experimental products. It works alongside Workspace.
